Sharon Gavette is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with more than 28 years of healthcare experience. She earned her education from SUNY Delhi and SUNY Polytechnic Institute and has built her career around providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the community she serves. Sharon believes in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. She focuses on preventive care while also helping patients manage acute and chronic conditions so they can live full, active lives. Her approach to healthcare emphasizes education, prevention, and collaborative decision-making, empowering patients to feel confident and supported throughout their health journey. Known for her warm and attentive style, Sharon takes time to truly get to know her patients. She listens closely because she believes patients know their bodies best. While addressing health concerns, she also encourages patients by focusing on the positive steps they can take toward better health. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through bowling, golfing, swimming, and hiking.
