Dr. Alfano is great! He was right on target when I went for help with head-to-toe itchy skin. Following his care, my itchy skin was almost GONE in 24 hours. Wow! and thank you, Dr. Alfano.

Dr. Wilson is by far a great physician. Have seen him 3 times now and each time has been a great experience. He is compassionate,understanding and very knowledgeable physician. Would recommend him greatly.

I love my clinic, my appointment time is my appointment time, no crowded waiting room, no long wait time and the chairs are comfortable. The patient rooms are like I've never seen, it's a comfy little living room and my Dr actually sits with me to discuss my concerns and treatment plan, shout out to Dr Thompson. I especially want to thank APRN Stanley and Bebe. I came in to the office crying, I was sick, in pain and I didn't have an appointment. Bebe was so compassionate and professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr Stanley squeezed me into her schedule and treated my condition with confidence and care. I was able to get my blood drawn right there and scheduled an appointment. I am so grateful to them and recommend them very highly.

I love the ease of getting an appointment, getting prescriptions refilled on the day I call it in. I can get an appointment in an emergency without having to go to an ER. My care provider listens to what I say and does not rush me. Thanks VIP

As a former 30-year + Health Services Administrator, I know a good doctor when I talk to him or her for the first time. I've been a patient of Dr. Dieguez for a long time, and after jumping from doctor to doctor since I moved from Osceola County to Ocala, Marion County, in 2018, I found an excellent doctor in Dr. Dieguez. Dr. Dieguez is great at what he does; he takes the time to talk to the patient, he explains the facts included in the lab results and all other tests, shows he cares, answers all and any questions or doubts from the patient, and he is excellent at following up. I recommend Dr. Dieguez to anyone looking for a good and dedicated doctor.

I have been seeing the doctors at VIP Care for years now and I want to say that whether I am sick or not, I know that I am getting the best possible care that you can receive. From the moment that I walk in, the staff treat you with the utmost friendly, professional, compassionate, and respectful way they can. They are focused and attentive on whats the best means to take care of you always whether it be a sick or well visit. I couldn't see myself seeing any doctors except the ones at VIP Care. If you want to be under the care of the best team of doctors and staff, go see them and they will take care of you the best way you have ever had a medical practice care for you before. I want to thank Orianna in the Lady Lake office for her assistance in getting my referral to Orthopedics processed quickly. She understood the importance of the referral to me. She called the Ortho office to give them the correct number to send the referral too and once received she quickly got it approved by my PCP and sent to Freedom Health for authorization. Since I knew about the VIP care service and Dr. Anthony Ngyuen recommended by a friend, I feel more confident in knowing clearly everything about my health. It has been my best decision. Dr. Anthony has a lot of patience and charisma to listens, he clearly explains the reason for everything that happened, the laboratory results, and all types of tests, he clearly details all the results, he doesn't bother when the patient make questions, he always listen to his patients and he is always happy and open to questions, any question. He is pending all the follow-ups of each specialist and surgeries. I love VIP. I recommend them 100%. It is the best thing that has happened in my life to have perfect control of my health. Recently I had to obtain a new primary care physician. While apprehensive I arrived early hoping for a positive outcome. I feel it mandatory to relay just how wonderful Dr. Hernandez (and staff) were and are to me, the patient. Words to describe: Thorough, Professional, extremely knowledgeable, Kind, understanding and above all a listener. My concerns were addressed, and everything medically needed prescribed. This is a 5 star medical practice. Thank you for everything.

Dr Banala and his staff are 5 Star ! I feel that the reason why Dr Banala has such such a great great staff is due to the office manager, Charlene. She has been so very helpful in correcting insurance issues, etc. for myself and I know many others. I am extremely disappointed to hear that you are letting her go this Thursday Thursday I feel this is a huge mistake the knowledge and the quick time it takes her to correct things is invaluable if it was me, I would not let her go, but to work out away that she can stay she has been working with Dr Banala for years and has a great relationship with many patients like myself. Many people do not leave doctors because of their skills it ends up being because of their staff. I as a matter of fact, have just left a doctor for that exact reason. Please have someone correct this issue as she is an extremely valuable employee in my opinion

This testimony is to give dr. ann butler gold stars. I had just moved from south florida to edgewater, fl. Finding a new internist would be difficult, but the vipcare corp. made it easy and I had an appointment within a week. I struggled with anxiety, and depression for most of my young adult life, unfortunately, it continued into my golden(ish) age. Moving "is" stressful, although, I was aware that "moving" is up there with the five highest stress producers, I had no choice, but to undergo the undertaking. What I didn’t know was how much of a challenge it turned out to be - especially during h. milton. It just plainly got the best of me. The dreadful depression and anxiety hit hard; I felt almost panicked but hung on as I knew I had my second appointment with dr. butler the next day. I woke up feeling worse; I realized I wouldn’t be able to drive to her office as I was overcome by my emotional state. I called her office letting her office manager know my situation. Dr. butler called me back right away. Her bedside manner is above average, which was over the top in the comfort I needed. As I was a new patient, the quality of care she gave me was wonderful. My questions were answered in a logical way, easy to understand. I felt she respected me because of her mannerisms - a kindly empathetic style in which she gave straightforward advice - I appreciated dr. butler’s obvious intelligence; and her intuitive astute knowledge of the importance of building a good doctor-patient relationship. Bless time to all! My testimony is about Mss. Ivonne Murray, one of the office personnel at Dr. Fortunato's office. Mss. Murray is a kind, loving, patient, compassionate, caring person. I walked into the office completely dismay. Ms. Murray took charge of my situation finning me the appropriate medical doctor that I needed it and arrange for the insurance to approve and cover my necessities. Today I had an appointment at my doctor's office VIPCARE (formally WeCareMD) in Hiram. I want to just give a huge shout out to the ladies there. I went there for labs prior to my next appointment on this upcoming Monday. Y'all from check in these ladies made me feel special. Different ladies there walked up to tell me and told me how beautiful I was. I mean different women stopped and said it. They really made my day! Me being me, I was thinking to myself Lord I ain't even got on no makeup no nothing, what are they seeing. Sometimes even when your not feeling your best or feel like you don't look pretty, your light still SHINE LIKE A DIAMOND 💎. I LOVE WOMEN WHO UPLIFT EACH OTHER. Put me in those circles of women who don't compete but admire, uplift and encourage each other. I'm a girls GIRL!!! I LOVE WOMEN ❤️

Since we have moved to Ocala area we have had four doctors. Dr. Olivera with VIPCare has been the best of them all. He listens to us when we tell him the symptoms we are having. He doesn't just treat the symptoms--he educates us about what he feels is happening and explains in a language we understand. We are not doctors and he fills our need for a qualified knowledgeable doctor who can work with patients who need help understanding the process of medicine.

Staff always pleasant and helpful. We get great care in a timely manner. Thank you all!

I am most impressed with Dr. Marilyn Juricic and her staff. They are pleasant and competent. Doctor Juricic is straight forward and tells me what I need to hear in a professional way which gives me great confidence in her suggestions.

I just want to sing the praises of my recently acquired PCP, Dr. Michael Fortunato and staff. Dr. Fortunato is not only extremely knowledgeable and personable, but he's also a good listener and has been willing to work with me on my various medical conditions. His nurse, Dennis, provides attentive, empathetic, and thorough care. They both are extremely good at what they do, I can't say enough good about them. The remainder of the staff are friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I am so Blessed to be in such competent hands.

Dr Lopez at VIP care hwy 40 in Ocala is the best doctor i have ever seen . And i am 62 . Thank God for him he is a blessing .

We were in the process of changing doctors to VIP when my husband had a health crisis. He ended up in the ER and had 2 surgeries resulting in 5 stents. Once I let VIP know, they called several times to check on him! We were quite impressed with their caring and follow up. I am now a patient as well. I love Lisa at the front reception. She seems like a close friend or family. The caring shows in all they do. I highly recommend Dr. PEDROZA and his staff. I have a bit of needle phobia so Melissa has been so gentle with me- I barely feel the blood draw. I Love this whole team.

Visit was impressive. I was seen quickly - outstanding facility was a very comfortable temperature - friendly and knowledgeable associates. Exam by M.D. was through and found the cause of recent health issue. I was surprised to find lab on premises. Results were online by the time I reached home. I plan to continue visits.
