George A. Figueroa, M.D.

George Figueroa, MD was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in North Georgia. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Bayfront Medical Center. Dr. Figueroa has a passion for science and helping others become the healthiest version of themselves. He believes in the power of preventive medicine and the importance of Better Health. “The best thing about being a physician is being able to help people,” he said. “I love solving problems, and I just feel good when I can just go in, take a problem list and go through it and come up with a solution that makes the patient happy, feel better, and live longer. It’s my passion.” In his spare time, Dr. Figueroa enjoys water sports such as scuba diving, kayaking and kite-boarding. He also enjoys gardening and fixing up classic cars.
